  MALAYSIA: Employment Pass  for IT PROFESSIONALS

 PROCEDURE:
 Candidates have to submit their complete IT resume and all educational certificates, computer certificates, experience certificates in IT field. And all pages of Passport clear photocopies to our Malaysian office.


Then Malaysian office will apply for Employment pass and in 30 working days getting calling visa and the same original calling visa will be sent to get visa endorsement on passport and candidate can fly to Malaysia within 3 months visa duration.


After landing to Malaysia he has to report to our office for further work permit endorsement on passport and getting Jalan card (ID card for living in Malaysia), and has to pay Govt levy RM 650 (170 USD). Then Malaysian office will submit to immigration with proper documentation and we will get work done in one week.


 For Job and residence Malaysian office will help and assist accordingly, but we are not responsible for that.

Note: there is NO JOB GUARANTEE. Only we provide legal status to work in Malaysia
.

Mode of payment: 50% UPON SUBMISSION OF ALL DOCUMENTS AND REMAINING 50% AFTER RECEVING ORIGINAL CALLING VISA.

Required Documents:


1. 10th standard certificate
2. 12th standard (Intermediate)
3. Degree Certificates with marks sheets
4. Provisional Certificate (University)
5. Computer certificates (any computer Institutes)
6. Experience Certificate (IT)
7. Passport Clear Photocopies (all pages)
8. 4 Color Photographs

Note: Make sure that you should have ECNR chop on your Passport. If not there please get it done in your passport office before submitting application to us


                                                                          General workers

 

 


1.    Type of work: Plantation ( Palm Oil )


2.    Number of Workers: 1200 Workers


3.    Period of Contract: Three (3) years


4.    Probation Period: Three (3) months


5.    Basic Salary: RM 18.00 per day


6.  Overtime: Minimum 1-2 hours per day, and maximum 4hours

 

They employee is required to do overtime whenever   called by the employer. The overtime claim based on the Malaysia labor law.


Overtime rate: 1.5 x normal rate


7.   Daily Working Hours: 8 hours per day. Starting from 7 AM to 3 PM.


8.   Weekly Working Hours: Monday to Saturday


9.   Rest Day: Sunday

 

10. Leave and holiday: as employment Act 265


11.  Food: On employees own account.


12. Accommodation Provided free by the employer.


13. Insurance coverProvided free by the employer during the course of employment(
ForeignWorkersCompensation Scheme)


14.  Medical Benefit: Provided free by the employer for out patient treatment only.

The employer will provide an air ticket for the employee to go back to his country of origin upon completion of 3 years employment contract.

Termination of contract: 
a) The employer reserve the right to terminate the employees contract if the employee is found to have breached the terms and conditions of the employment contract by serving 1 month notice.


b) If the employee prematurely terminates his employment contract before the 3 years contractual period, he may do so at his own expenses in buying his own air ticket back to India.


Deceased Worker: In case of employee were to die during the cost of his employment, employer shall be responsible for all the repatriating exercise and all expenses.


Settlement of disputes: All disputes shall be in accordance with employment Act 1965 all other terms and condition of the employment shall be governed by the Malaysia Labor Law being enforced.
